CBON Engineering – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation within 5 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Cancellation requests submitted after the 5-day period are not eligible for cancellation under our standard policy.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.

2. Returns & Refunds

Customers must submit all return or refund requests within 10 calendar days of receiving their order, based on the confirmed delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Have proof of purchase.

Return requests must be approved by CBON Engineering before products are shipped back.

3. Late Cancellation, Return or Refund Requests

Any cancellation request submitted more than 5 calendar days after the original purchase date, or return or refund request submitted more than 10 calendar days after confirmed delivery, falls outside our standard eligibility period.

Requests made after the applicable deadline may be denied in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, specially ordered, and made-to-order products may be subject to additional cancellation and return restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers who receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products should contact CBON Engineering promptly with their order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

These claims will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
